For transport damage or discrepancy with the confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photos.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Use the "Withdraw from the contract here" button, always available at the bottom of every page — enter your name, order number and email, and you will receive an immediate confirmation.
Returns
Due to the nature of tobacco products, returns with opened or damaged packaging are generally not accepted except when a defect is confirmed.
- Keep original packaging until inspection
- Do not use the product if you suspect a defect
